Our primary goal is for all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
However, if a customer wishes to exchange or return a product, they have the right to do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt.
Product exchanges can be made for any item of equal or greater value.
Specifically, if you need to return a product, you must first contact us for instructions. You can do this by phone or via email at info@epwnymo.gr. We will notify you by email about your return once we have received and processed the returned product.
If more than one product is being returned from the same order, they must all be sent at the same time.
Return Policy: Exchanges and returns are accepted ONLY within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The products must be in excellent condition, not used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged. The identification tag and all fabric labels must remain attached to the product, along with all accompanying documents (e.g. Retail Receipt – Invoice, etc.).
The customer is obliged to try the purchased product without removing or altering any accompanying documents. Otherwise, the product will be considered not to be in the same condition as delivered and will not be accepted.
The customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the products due to handling that alters their nature, characteristics, or functionality.
Customized products that have been personalized or made according to the customer’s specifications cannot be returned.
If the product's original packaging is damaged, the return will not be accepted. Therefore, you must take due care of the products while they are in your possession. Please return the products using or including the original packaging, instructions, and any accompanying documents and accessories.
In any case, you must return the products along with the receipt you received upon delivery.
If all the above conditions are met, our store is obliged to either replace the product with another item chosen by the customer or refund the money.
In case of an exchange for a product of higher value, the customer is charged the difference.
Product returns are made at the current price of the item on the date it is received by the store from the courier.

Exchange Costs:
If you exchange the returned product for a different size or another product, the shipping costs for the return and the reshipment are free if the value exceeds €50. (This does not apply to shipments to Cyprus and abroad). To avoid shipping costs for the first exchange, the return must be made via our cooperating courier after we have issued a collection order.

From the second exchange onwards, the customer will be charged €4.90 (including €2.00 for shipping, €2.00 for return costs, and €0.90 for cash on delivery fees). Defective Products:
Defective products are those damaged upon receipt or exhibiting a manufacturing defect within one (1) month from the purchase date.
Products damaged due to use and wear are not considered defective.
All products with an obvious manufacturing defect will be replaced with the same item if available, or the customer may choose another item.
If you believe the product you ordered does not comply with the terms of the contract or has a significant defect, you must immediately contact us, detailing the product and its defect, and we will provide further instructions.
The store reserves the right, in case of disputed complaints, to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection to determine whether the complaint is valid. The user will be informed of the complaint's progress. Where possible, the store will repair the defective product.
You can return the product by handing it over to the courier company we send to your address. The product must be returned along with the receipt you received upon delivery.
For returns and reshipments of defective products, the customer incurs no shipping costs.
If there is a price difference for the new item, the customer is responsible for the cost.
We will carefully examine the returned product and notify you by email within a reasonable time whether you are entitled to repair or replacement.
Right of Withdrawal - Refund:
If the customer is not satisfied with their order, they have the right to return the product purchased from our online store, exercising the right of withdrawal (only if the product meets the return conditions), and request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. The store will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. In case of a refund, the shipping costs of the returned product are borne by the customer. During sales periods, the refund is based on the purchase price. Refunds apply only to the online store, not physical stores.
If payment was made by cash on delivery or bank transfer, the customer must provide the following:
- IBAN
- The corresponding bank (e.g. EUROBANK, PEIRAIUS, etc.)
- The account holder's name
If the customer requests a refund for a credit card payment, they simply need to indicate that they wish to receive a refund.
